Guidelines and TOS

✦ Under no circumstances are clients allowed to use any part of their commissioned artwork as an NFT (non-fungible token) or on any blockchain in any way shape or form. ✦
✦ Under no circumstances are clients allowed to use any part of their commissioned artwork to train AI or to feed artwork done by me into any AI generator in any way shape or form. ✦✦ I retain the rights to my art. Including the rights to post it to my social media and use it in my portfolio / commission examples ✦
✦ I may post WIPs to twitter or livestream my progress on Picarto ✦
(If you would like the art to not be posted or streamed, or for it to be tagged anonymous, please let me know)✦ You are welcome to use your commission however you'd like on social media (with the exception of NTFS) Please do not re-sell or claim it as your own art ✦✦ If at any point I am unable to complete the commission, due to any fault of my own, I will stop work and issue a full refund ✦
✦ Refunds will only be offered durring the sketch phase.
If the order is cancelled after the sketch is approved I will issue a %75 refund for the order and retain %25 for time spent. Once the commission has been painted/completed I will not be issuing any refunds✦
✦ Clients will be allowed revisions at the sketch phase and a color correction at the flats phase ✦
✦if the revisions become excessive I have the right to request compensation for extra time spent ✦✦ If priority is requested the piece will be finished within 1-7 days of payment ✦
✦ Please be prompt when responding to approval messages in this time ✦✦ Please include any and all references you have✦Make sure your references accurately reflect the colors you want in your finished piece.✦ Please make sure your references match the size commission you're ordering
(full body references for all commissions are great but please makre sure you have full body references for full body commissions especially!)✦If there is a specific mood or lighting you want please also include references if you can find them✦ If you have a specific pose / feel in mind please let me know. Don't be afraid to draw me some stick figures to help me get things perfect

FF14 commissions

✦ If using in game screenshots for reference please make sure they are well lit and accurately reflect the colors you want.✦ If you need help taking reference photos please consult this helpful guide!✦ If there are any extra details present on your character please make sure to mention them (scars? tattoos? massive muscles? Any features not available in game?)✦ I will not, by default, assume that you want a Viera or Au'ra character drawn with my personal headcanon features (tail, anthro-furry feet/claws, furry/scaley chests and forearms) If you would like these features included on your character please let me know✦ If your commission includes G'raha please let me know if you would like him more on model or with freckles (in my own personal style)

DnD/other fandom commissions

✦ I know a bit about DnD and a lot about WoW so if you want characters form either of those please let me know!✦ I am happy to draw all high fantasy races!✦ Include as many references as you can! The more specific the better!✦ Please provide references for specific gear or weapons (even just inspiration for them works!)✦ If you do not have prepared references of your character and would like me to do a design for you please let me know so we can negotiate the price!
